Cat Grass
Most Cats require help with digestion from time to time especially longhaired cats. Cats do eat grass as it helps them with fur balls. In the absence of grass, cats will often eat anything green they can find, which may include decorative or even poisonous house plants. Having an alternative within easy access can save you and your cat a lot of grief.
Cat grass seeds can be planted indoors anytime of the year. Sow the seeds in a container such as a seed tray or pot filled with moist seed compost or potting soil. Sprinkle the seeds generously and uniformly over the surface and cover them lightly with more compost or potting soil and keep them moist. Set the container where it will receive bright light. Water lightly until the grass reaches 3 to 4 inches high then put it near your cat’s food dish or water bowl. Cat grass can also be grown outdoors just sow the seeds in an area with sun/partial shade.
